Women's organizations support Ramlath

Heeding Ramlath's request to save her marriage from the clutches of actress Nayantara, several women's welfare organizations have been pitching support by way of letters and calling her.According to Kalpana, Head of Jhansi Rani Women's Protective Association, it is wrong on the part of Nayantara to come in the way of a marriage which had been strong for 15 years.
“As a reputed actress, Nayantara has many avenues to shape hercareer and should not be the cause to break a marriage. Artistes like her have to set an example as every act is followed by scores of her fans. It could send wrong signals to the society,” said Kalpana.
Kalpana said this issue is no longer an individual's problem, a problem which has snowballed into an ugly episode. “Now Nayantara can no longer evade the issue and has to issue a statement that she has no affair with Prabhu Deva. Till that happens, we will resort to massive agitations and not allow any of her movies to be screened.”
