In a bizarre incident, Uma Maheswari, the first wife of Pillalamarri Seenu, a film actor popularly known as Chitram Seenu, attacked his second wife on the premises of the junior civil judge court in Mahbubnagar here on Thursday.

Seenu and Maheswari married in 2004. Two years later, Seenu married another woman, Manitha, and had a child with her.

Following this, in 2008, Maheswari lodged a case against him citing domestic violence in Mahbubnagar. Since then, Seenu has been attending the hearing there.

On coming to know that Seenu, Manitha and their two-year-old daughter, would be attending court on Thursday, Maheswari also went there.

When Seenu went inside leaving Manitha and the daughter in a car parked in front of the court, a furious Maheswari got into the car and began to beat up Manitha.

Helped by police after much jostling, Seenu returned home with Manitha.

Famous Tollywood producer Allu Arvind's recent socio-fantasy movie on Geetha Arts banner with Ramcharan and Kajal Agrawal as the leading pair in S.S. Rajamouli's diection is "Magadheera". The flick has completed its glorious 50 days and heading towards 100 days. Geetha Arts is planning to remake it in Hindi with a budget of 45 crores. The banner is making consultations with Bollywood heroes like Aamir Khan, who acted in this banner in Gazini, and others. But cine pundits are of the opinion that Hrithik Roshan will be more suitable for Magadheera role.

Preparations are going on for the Live Show program of famous Oscar Award winner music director A. R. Rahaman in Hyderabad on 24 th October. The venue is GMR Arena in Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad. Saradhi studios director Baburao was murdered by unknown people in the premises of Saradhi studios around 9.30 pm on Thursday. He got a deep cut on the neck and it appeared to be done by professional killers. He was walking from his home to studios when murdered.
