It is a planned attack on Chiru?

If we consider rumors from filmnagar- Mohanbabu's attack on Chiru is planned one. And the rumor mongers say that Dr Dasari scripted the entire episode. The rumor mongers defend their statement by saying that Mohanbabu doesn't speak a word without getting nod from Dasari.
Rumors further says that Dasari who is representing the Kapu community from the state in Congress party doesn't want any other Kapu leader like Chiru to come up in AP politics. Congress party has given enough importance to Dasari by making him Minister, Rajya Sabha MP to respect the Kapu community of AP.
Dasari might be thinking to send a message to the public that Kapu community is not behind Chiru, that is the reason Mohanbabu made ' Prajalu kshamincharu'.
