Music composer Devi Sri Prasad plans to come out with a pop album in Tamil and Telugunext year. Harping on the importance of words in songs, Prasad said it is a misconception that the composer can take liberties with the words, so long as the song is new. "I am not for thrusting meaningless words which are not easy on the ears on the audience," said the energetic Prasad. On Chiyan Vikram rendering four numbers in Kanthaswamy, Prasad it was not originally planned. "I felt Vikram's voice went well with the mood of the film and it had the endorsement of producer Thanu. The idea always is to have new voices for my movies," said Prasad about this impulsive decision.Prasad has his hands full in Tamil, he is through with Kutty and three more songs are still to be composed for Singam. There are the two big ones in Telugu: Nammo Venkatesa starring Venkatesh-Trisha and an untitled venture pitting Junior NTR opposite Nayantara.
