Pro-Jagan lobby wary of Pranab’s team

Sonia’s silence is causing undue panic among the ever increasing lobby of Jagan’s supporters. But when she did open her mouth and set in place a plan to send a 4-member high-powered panel to Hyderabad on the 10th, the choice of the panel’s head has caused further panic in the ranks of pro-Jagan supporters. The man heading the panel is seasoned negotiator Pranab Mukherjee.The wily congressman from West Bengal is known to negotiate his way from the least expected angles of any given problem. The supporters in Hyderabad are now sure that Jagan’s chances are receding by the day and that Pranab has been sent to convince them that Jagan might not be a suitable option now. It is interesting to note that the support for Y S Jagan has increased manifold after the Kadapa MP appealed to his supporters, late last week, to be silent and abide by high command’s wishes. Either way the curtain on the choice of CM will most likely fall on 10th September. But the scenes behind will continue for a long time to come.
